This month's ICA Compliance Connection focuses on the ADV Annual Amendment update that is due by the end of March of each year. While ICA will make the ADV Part 1 update, you will need to supply ICA with your year-end numbers through the ADV Annual Amendment Checklist no later than March 1, 2024.
