ICA Gives Back

At ICA, giving back is personal because it is rooted in someone we love and miss deeply, Matthew R. Craddock.

He was a husband, a father, a brother-in-law, a coach, and a dear friend to so many of us at ICA. He was the kind of person who showed up, encouraged others, and made the people around him feel stronger, confident, and more capable. He believed in all of us. Losing him to colorectal cancer changed our hearts and clarified what matters. This page is one small way we honor his life and continue the care, strength, and generosity he gave so freely.

The Fight Against Colon Cancer

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

During Matt's fight with colorectal cancer, he received care through Memorial Sloan Kettering. We support MSK in gratitude for the compassion, excellence, and humanity they gave our family during the hardest season of our lives.

Light The Night: Blood Cancer

We are also proud to support Light the Night, a community fundraiser benefiting The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the families facing blood cancer, in honor of our dear friend Tina. Tina’s story reminds us that behind every diagnosis is a person who is deeply loved, and a circle of family and friends doing everything they can to stay hopeful, stay present, and keep moving forward together.

ACE Scholarships

We also support ACE Scholarships because education opens doors, and because it takes both opportunity and effort to walk through them. ACE Scholarships helps families access quality education, and their mission aligns closely with the values we want to keep reinforcing in our community: you cannot choose every outcome, but you can choose how you show up, how hard you work, and the mindset you bring with you every single day.
