ICA Gives Back
At ICA, giving back is personal because it is rooted in someone we love and miss deeply, Matthew R. Craddock.
He was a husband, a father, a brother-in-law, a coach, and a dear friend to so many of us at ICA. He was the kind of person who showed up, encouraged others, and made the people around him feel stronger, confident, and more capable. He believed in all of us. Losing him to colorectal cancer changed our hearts and clarified what matters. This page is one small way we honor his life and continue the care, strength, and generosity he gave so freely.
The Fight Against Colon Cancer
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
During Matt's fight with colorectal cancer, he received care through Memorial Sloan Kettering. We support MSK in gratitude for the compassion, excellence, and humanity they gave our family during the hardest season of our lives.
Light The Night: Blood Cancer
We are also proud to support Light the Night, a community fundraiser benefiting The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the families facing blood cancer, in honor of our dear friend Tina. Tina’s story reminds us that behind every diagnosis is a person who is deeply loved, and a circle of family and friends doing everything they can to stay hopeful, stay present, and keep moving forward together.
ACE Scholarships
We also support ACE Scholarships because education opens doors, and because it takes both opportunity and effort to walk through them. ACE Scholarships helps families access quality education, and their mission aligns closely with the values we want to keep reinforcing in our community: you cannot choose every outcome, but you can choose how you show up, how hard you work, and the mindset you bring with you every single day.
Broomfield Community Foundation
We support the Broomfield Community Foundation, where his scholarship lives. It is one of the most meaningful ways we can keep his legacy active and growing by helping others move forward with opportunity.
NYRR Team for Kids, New York City Marathon
This year we are also proud to sponsor Ashley Craddock as she runs the New York City Marathon in support of New York Road Runners Team for Kids. It is a tribute to everything he believed about mentoring, encouraging, and helping young people build confidence.
Hope Haven Rwanda
We support Hope Rwanda through Hope Haven. Their work reflects ICA’s values by showing up, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting individuals who are building an incredible work ethic through meaningful resources and support where it is needed most.

We support St. Jude and the families they serve. Their mission is hope in action, and we are honored to stand behind work that changes the future for children.
Atom Jazz Network
We support Atom Jazz Network, where emerging artists get a boost, make venue connections, and find a growing jazz community in Northern Colorado. We also support and sponsor the Krueger Brothers at this year's jazz festival. An incredible band playing at a fantastic brewery.
Supporting Cancer Caregivers
ICA supports many cancer caregivers for those close to us because we have seen what they carry. Caregivers are the steady hands, the quiet strength, and the constant love. They deserve support too.
