WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. When you sign up for client portal access on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

HOW DO WE STORE, USE, SHARE, AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to market our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.​

We may share limited personal information (excluding phone numbers, SMS consent, and email addresses) with select service providers and vendors who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, such as analytics providers. Service providers may not use your information for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf.

SMS COMMUNICATION AND CARRIER COMPLIANCE
When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS text messages from us, we collect and store your consent to receive such communications. You consent to receive promotional text messages, alerts, and service-related communications via SMS to the phone number you have provided.​

Your phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, business partners, or other organizations under any circumstances, except as required by law. Your SMS consent and mobile information are maintained solely by Integrated Compliance and are not shared, sold, transferred, disclosed, or made available to third parties for any independent purpose without your explicit written consent.

Service providers who assist us in sending SMS messages on our behalf are contractually prohibited from using your phone number, SMS consent, or any associated mobile information for any purpose other than sending messages on our direct behalf. These service providers may not retain, use, or disclose your mobile information for any other purpose.

Once we receive your opt-out request, we will remove your phone number from our SMS communications list within the timeframes required by applicable carrier policies and regulations.

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from ICA. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external), conversations (between employees). HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE WITH SITE VISITORS?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your client portal account, to troubleshoot problems with your client portal account, to resolve a dispute, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, to send promotional messages (including SMS if you have opted in), or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text message, or postal mail.

CAN SITE VISITORS WITHDRAW THEIR CONSENT?
You can withdraw your consent for cookies and other tracking tools at any time. You may also opt out of receiving SMS messages by replying "STOP" to any text message. We will honor all opt-out requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. Please allow up to 10 business days for email opt-out requests to be processed.
